Accurate Measurements of Your Blood Levels and Actionable Follow-Up Steps

Untreated or uncontrolled diabetes can take a toll on your health, raising your risk of blindness, stroke, heart disease, infection, nerve damage, and other issues. Our home Diabetes Test helps reduce your risk, serving as an effective way to monitor for this disease. Use it to test for gestational diabetes, pre-diabetes, or type 2 diabetes at home.

True Marker’s diabetes home test kit provides vital information on your HbA1c and glucose levels, telling you whether they are normal or abnormal. These results, which are made available in an easy-to-read PDF, can help you and your medical provider create an actionable follow-up plan with diet and lifestyle modifications that can improve your health, and your overall quality of life. We will also provide you with treatment recommendations if needed.

The Information You Need to Maintain Good Health

Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being—not merely the absence of disease. True Marker’s home Diabetes Test is a valuable tool for tracking and monitoring your health and wellness. We recommend that you take most home health tests on an annual basis for the most useful results.

Our diabetes home test kit is part of True Marker’s comprehensive collection of health tests. Our general health kits help monitor biomarkers for hormonal imbalances, organ dysfunction, and vitamin and mineral deficiencies that can have a negative effect on your health. We deliver accurate results that can reveal potential health problems and give you the necessary information to move forward to a more optimal state of wellness.

There are different ways to measure the level of sugar in your blood. Here’s why they matter for you:

Hemoglobin A1c

HbA1c provides insight about your blood glucose levels over the past 90 days. A variation from the normal range can be indicative of certain diseases (Pre-diabetes, diabetes, or cardiovascular disease). Given your HbA1c level, you can begin lifestyle modification alongside dietary changes with the help and guidance of your doctor. Your HbA1C and glucose levels provide necessary information regarding your body’s glycemic index and control.

Your glucose level is a measure of your sugar level at the time of testing. A high level can be indicative of diabetes.

Estimated Average Glucose (eAG)

The Estimated Average Glucose (eAG) is the estimated average of your blood sugar over a period of 2-3 months. It is based on your A1C results, however your A1C is presented as a percentage. Your eAG is presented as a number in mg/dl. Controlling these levels can prevent loss of vision and it can also prevent amputation of your lower limbs.
